About us
My son Eddie and I opened Cupini's in 2003 on Westport Road in Kansas City with one mission; to deliver fresh pasta that is all natural, tastes like my mom used to make and available at a reasonable price. When we expanded in the first year we knew that Kansas City had fallen in love at first bite. Cupini's is about food and family. Come in for a meal, and leave as a friend. 2013, Cupini's attempted to set the Guinness world record for the longest noodle ever, reaching 2,125 feet!
Cosmo, First Meatball to Space
In 2019, Cupini's sent the world's first meatball into space! Cosmo reached a height of 89,000 feet, and was cheered on by people all over the city.
20 years and the Cannoli Cannon
In 2023, we celebrated 20 years of serving Kansas City by throwing a birthday party! This featured live music, games, and the debut of the Cannoli Cannon!
